After months of anticipation, the world gets to finally hear a new twist to a classic film franchise’s theme song as Adele brings forth her addition to the catalog, Skyfall.

The title song for the new James Bond film of the same name rings true to the James Bond theme, with Adele’s sultry voice fitting perfectly against a minor chord progression. Its grand orchestral style and seductive lyrics are reminiscent of previous themes like Goldfinger and if this is any indicator for the upcoming film, then fans will be pleasantly surprised.
