New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival | April 27 – May 6
The Big Easy is gearing up for the annual New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, starting tomorrow April 27th through May 6th. In anticipation of this legendary event, local artists are already adorning the streets of NOLA’s French Quarter with their music and art. Attendees from across the world travel in each year and are embraced by richness of the exquisitely creative city, and the streets are jam packed with sights and sounds that inspire. A few of those who will be performing are Cee Lo Green, the Eagles, Al Green, Jill Scott, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Ziggy Marley, Rodrigo y Gabriela and C.U.B.A., Florence and the Machine, Bon Iver and many, many more.
Ahhh, good ol’ New Orleans. I am Southern born and raised. I grew up on the Gulf of Mexico, and have only lived in Arkansas since 2005.
