Welcome To The Future: The World’s First Pizza Vending Machine
Ever wanted your pizza in under, let’s say, three minutes? Well, you’ll soon have the chance to experience that.
The folks at A1 Concepts have probably come up with their best one yet: a pizza vending machine. That wasn’t a typo! The machines, which were created by Italian inventor Claudio Torghel, have been enjoyed by Europeans for the past three years and soon people on this side of the world will get to indulge as well.
The contraption holds all the necessary ingredients (flour, water, tomato sauce, toppings, infra-red oven) to create “a healthy genuine Italian pizza,” that’s 10 1/2 inches and retails at $6, according to A1. “Let’s Pizza is a huge success in Europe and especially in Italy,” CEO Ronald Rammers said. “That was proof for us that we have a very good pizza.”
Add the ability to place this vending machine in any area with high foot traffic (i.e. school campuses, supermarkets, etc.) and what you have is surefire invention that can become successful. There’s been no dated announced as to when the move will be made, but one thing’s for certain: the term “Let’s Pizza” will spread like wildfire.
