Snoop Dogg continues his Caribbean makeover as Snoop Lion with the release of his latest single aptly titled Lighters Up.

Now while Snoop’s transformation into his reggae alter-ego has been met with many a question, this track seems to achieve the synergy originally expected when he decided to embark on this project.  Having two respected reggae artists on the track like Mavado and Popcaan, as well as production from Major Lazer, definitely goes a long way to validate the song and the switch in general.
